This amber quilt top Peavey Wolfgang Prototype is the guitar that Ed is holding on the first issued set of the EVH Wolfgang Guitar Strings package. This was the 12th Prototype made and the 3rd in this finish. Made by the man that designed the Wolfgang, Jim DeCola. This guitar was also used live on the Van Halen Balance tour in Oct-Nov in Japan. The original neck that was used on tour was changed to this neck for the photo shoot for the strings package. What a beauty!
