This is Jeff Hanneman’s Max Der Bayer “The Bavarian” German beer stein, numbered 1147/5000. Made in Germany by made by King-Wer, this highly collectible and popular stein was part of Jeff’s personal collection. The stein features a boar dressed in traditional Bavarian clothing, complete with a “Weisswurst” sausage handle and a tattoo on his arm that reads “I Love Bavaria.” A beautifully detailed piece, it represents both traditional German craftsmanship and Jeff’s appreciation for German steins. This stein is now part of my personal collection and is proudly displayed on my bar.
