Keith Richards’ 1970’s Newman Guitar

This is Keith Richards Newman guitar that he used with the Rolling Stones in the 1970s that was made by famous Luthier Ted Newman Jones. In 1986 Keith Richards gave this guitar away at a radio station in New York, WNEW-FM as a promotion for the album “Dirty work.” A gentleman by the name of Sean won this guitar and you can see him pictured here with Keith and the guitar in the news article . This guitar comes in its original condition and is personally signed to Sean, by Keith. It comes with the original Western Union Mailgram from April 1st, 1986, the article from Billboard Magazine and the original Newman Case.
