Jennifer Batten’s Custom Washburn Parallaxe PXM10 FR

This is Jennifer Batten’s Washburn Parallaxe PXM10 FR in matte blue finish, serial number IW15100234. This was custom made for Jennifer with a short scale 24 fret neck. Jennifer used this guitar for about 5 years when she started her band “Jennifer Batten and Full Steam”, and she has been using Washburn Guitars since 1997 since the HIStory Tour with Michael Jackson.  This guitar has a Floyd Rose 1000 and ultra quiet active Fishman Fluence pickups with a Modern in the bridge and Strat series in the middle and neck.  The pickups can be charged via USB and last 250 hours per full charge. It also has a Fishman Triple Play synth pickup and internal patch change controls that the airlines managed to ‘break’. The control frame is loose but the electronics still work. The volume (push pull) and tone controls are by Luminlay and the numbers glow in the dark when charged by light or black light. It has a string damper on the headstock, which Jennifer puts on all of her guitars. The velcro circles by the tail were to hold a bluetooth remote control to forward films in my solo show.  “Jennifer Batten and Full Steam” were costumed with steampunk attire which is why gears stickers were added to the body. The neck gears stickers were also added to the neck and are from Jennifer’s line of graphics at neckillusions.com. This comes in a Fender hard case.
