Howard Leese’s Mauro Liberatore Pamela Santini Custom

Click on a photo to view full size image

This incredible guitar was made by the great luthier Mauro Liberatore of Montreal Canada. It was commissioned by Howard Leese to be made in 1987 and was completed in Feb. 1988. Howard used this guitar with Heart on the “Bad Animals Tour” on two songs: “If Looks Could Kill” and “Barracuda”. It is called the Pamela Santini Guitar. Pamela Santini was married to Howard and was a Playboy Playmate and model. And as you can see this guitar was made up of poster shots, (one being the second highest selling pinup poster next to Farrah Fawcett of all time), calendar shots, Playboy, and other photos of Pamela. It is also signed on the body to Howard Leese by Mauro Liberatore. It has a 1959 Gibson PAF pickup that Howard sent to Mauro to install in this one of a kind guitar. This comes with all letters written to and from Howard and Mauro about the guitar. It will also come with a letter from Pamela Santini. Please inquire for price.
