Mike Starr’s Cherry Sunburst Spector NS-2 Bass. Gift From Michael Anthony.

This Spector NS-2 bass, serial # 1696, was owned and used by Mike Starr. It’s finished in cherry sunburst and is USA made, being completed on June 7, 1988. Michael Anthony gave this bass to Mike when Alice In Chains was on tour with Van Halen in 1991. It was also used on the Alice In Chains music video “Them Bones”. Mike played this bass on his last show with Alice In Chains at the Hollywood Rock Festival in Brazil in January 1993. This is one of Mike’s main basses that he used with Alice In Chains and it can be seen in numerous live photos and in magazines. It comes in one of Mike’s original Spector hard cases. A letter from Melinda Starr, Mikes sister, is included.
