Geoff Nicholls’ Leather Bomber Jacket Worn By Tony Iommi With Black Sabbath On The Heaven & Hell Tour

This is Tony Iommi’s famous black leather bomber jacket, worn on stage with Black Sabbath in the early 1980s during the Heaven and Hell tour and possibly the Mob Rules tour. Also included is Tony’s North Beach Leather bowling shirt. Around 1992, Tony gave both items to Geoff Nicholls after Tony’s wardrobe case suffered significant water damage. The inside lining of the jacket’s armpit areas had extensive sweat stains from years of use during Black Sabbath tours. Geoff mentioned that the affected sections were so badly stained that they were cut out. There are numerous photos and videos that show Tony Iommi wearing this jacket on stage with Black Sabbath during the early 1980s. The jacket and shirt come with photographs of Geoff Nicholls with the items, along with a letter from Geoff. And Tony Iommi has also confirmed their history. Also included is a backstage photo that shows Tony wearing both the jacket and shirt, believed to have been taken during the Heaven and Hell tour. Geoff also owned a similar jacket, which is not the same jacket worn by Tony. Both Geoff Nicholls and Tony Iommi personally confirmed this.
