Jeff Hanneman’s 1994 Ibanez JEM 555

This is Jeff Hanneman’s 1994 Ibanez JEM 555. S/N C405866. A longtime admirer of Steve Vai, Jeff purchased this JEM 555 immediately upon its release in 1994 and used the guitar in his home recording studio. The instrument remains in the exact condition it was in when Jeff last played it, with all decals personally applied by Jeff. This is the only Ibanez guitar Jeff ever owned.

The guitar is accompanied by a photograph of a Kerrang! magazine article showing Jeff holding this JEM 555 in his music studio in his home. Included with the guitar is a letter from Kathryn Hanneman, the original hard case that came with the guitar, tremolo arm, and original wrenches.
