Richie Sambora’s The King Of Swing Rod Schoepfer Custom. This guitar was named “The King Of Swing” after Richie Sambora’s nickname. After the success and pleasure Richie had with his Schoepfer Les Paul (which we also sold), Richie Sambora commissioned a second custom guitar from Rod Schoepfer, “The King of Swing Guitar”. After 400+ man-hours of work this guitar was completed in 1987.
Another one of Ed’s Kramer necks. This was used for a Kramer Striker and Focus guitar poster. The neck can be seen in the window corner next to Ed. This was given to a friend of Ed’s and will come with the Kramer poster and a letter of provenance stating the history of this neck.
A very rare piece of Van Halen memorabilia. This is “The Kramer Neck” from Eddie’s famous Frankenstein. Used in the early 1980′s and identifiable to the very last bit of wood grain and scratch on the neck. Can be seen in the music video “Jump”. Comes with a framed centerfold spread from Guitar World magazine. Please inquire for price.
Custom made for Richie in the 1980′s by Rod Schoepfer and is “1 Of A Kind”. This was the only Peace Sign made for Richie. This originally was in a Pink/Purple finish but has faded to silver on the front. The back is completely non-faded. Used on the “Slippery When Wet Tour”. We sold this years ago and it’s now up for sale again. Please call for price.
