The Famous and Brilliant John Thomas of Budgie Jaydee Custom Explorer. Custom made for John in 1980 by my old friend John Diggins (Jaydee). This was the birth of “The Hooligan”, a name that John Thomas came up with. This was the very FIRST custom explorer shape that Jaydee made and the very first Hooligan. JT used this guitar from “1980 to Forever” and was his main workhorse with Budgie and Phenomena. Randy Rhoads played this guitar often as Randy was one of John’s best mates, and John is one of mine. This guitar will never leave our collection, unless, you want it back John!

Tony Iommi’s Patrick Eggle Artist Prototypes
These are the three protos built from the exact specs off of Tony’s favorite Jaydee SG “The Old Boy”. Numbered 1, 2, and 3, these were the first SG designs by Patrick Eggle which later changed in shape and thickness and became the new design for Tony’s Eggle’s. These were used on numerous occasions to test the new Seymour Duncan Pickups specially designed for Tony. All hardware and pickups were taken off and put on Tony’s finished Custom Patrick Eggle Artists that are on our site.
